Illusions 03:43
Illusions It’s an illusion, fighting for peace will end the war Just an illusion, that killing the truth will even the score No-one holds the keys to war and peace Insanity will find its own release Lies you’re told, your soul is sold Watch your back until you’re old One man’s peace Another’s war Souls released Insanity maintained It’s an illusion, tears of pain are tears of joy It’s an illusion, that by digging your grave you can be reborn Pain and death is really all there is Something more awaits for us in truth
2.
Human Nature 04:11
Human Nature It’s the dark side of nature, it’s whenever we may fall We thought we saw it coming, but human nature tricks us all Trickery is deception, manipulation is our best friend We thought we knew the answers, we had to stop and think again What is life, what is love, It’s the feelings we’re afraid of You can run, but you can’t hide It’s a mutation of the human race It’s a perversion of the human race It’s a fully earned total disgrace It’s a furnace of our empty souls

History Repeats Itself Wars are fought, wars are won Wars are lost, people gone And in the end, was it worth it Empires rise, empires fall Dust to dust, kings ruled us all And in the end, was it worth it Arise, reborn They plan for us all And history repeats itself, a mindless wheel that spins our will The rats we are, this labyrinth, we’re born, we die, it starts again And history repeats itself, a mindless wheel that spins our will The rats we are, this labyrinth, we’re born, we die Genesis and genocide Wheels will turn, nowhere to hide And in the end, was it worth it Revolution and evolution Human rights, it’s all just lies And in the end, was it worth it? Another war, starts again Repeats the game, it’s all the same And in the end, was it worth it They take our lives for their gain We starve for truth, we’ll die again And in the end, was it worth it

Die Rejected 05:35
Die Rejected Burn this lie You've told too many times before Wounds don't heal From infection of the human race Made your life a hell Through your own sickness My will's not your way This lie's been told too many times before You die rejected From this view Your life is bathed in depression Drown in the sympathy flowing from your guilt Break your will And suffer the dire consequence This lie's been told too many times before You die rejected A new age arise For disciples that bleed for freedom Now bow down before your new god Blinded extinction Your lie is at a final end Lies force fed While you shit on my reality Now save yourself And don't believe in their lies Walk away while you still have time Walk away while you still have time Walk away while you still have time Walk away while there's still time Now die rejected

Calm Before the Storm Runaway tiger breaks its cage The master steals the light The many who tried will meet their fate The end burns in their eyes Someone cries and no-one hears A hunter loads his gun The writing on the wall is clear You dance the reaper’s song But this time we escape The one they couldn’t break And suffering will cease The earth shakes from our feet The calm before the storm The new before the worn The life before the death You end with no regrets Headline page decrees its lie They suck you like a leach Eyes sown shut are open wide It’s something you don’t see A disease that is not named Once had its claws in me They said its black you know it’s white Who will this reaper be
6.
You’ve Got To You’ve got to You’ve got to watch me disappear You’ve got to know that I won’t break It’s more addictive than your hunger Compassion is my only need You’ve got to watch me disappear You’ve got to know that I won’t break I’m just a poor born loser You’ve got to live and just succeed Strike, Protest, Strike You’ve got to watch me disappear You’ve got to know that I won’t break My only crime is my desire And my desire I must feed Strike, Protest, Strike Rip it, take it Protest
7.
So Be It 04:31
So Be It Look into my eyes and tell me what you see Is it a mirror of yours or is it just me Judge a book or look deeper inside Hold back opinions and hold back you pride Your feelings never clear Misunderstandings Point fingers everywhere My judgement is made Tomorrow, maybe you’ll understand Perception The truth is at hand So be it Am I the monster under your bed Is this the image deep in your head Maybe I’m here to save you To hold you safe and show you the truth

The War is On (Russian Version)

about

History Repeats Itself is our second release and we are very grateful for your support. Most bands tend to progress their sound on their second releases but we decided to do something different. We decided to go back to the past and our roots and release an extended play album which features original songs from our previous bands, in the style of Arx. It is always important to respect your metal roots. However, we also decided to throw in a cover track, a brand new song and an alternative language version of The War is On (from our debut).
